Getting started
Create your organization
Sign in and the application opens Create your organization. Give it a name, choose its country and accept the terms, then press Create organization. An organization holds your brands, your people and your plan; you are its owner. While sign-up is by invitation, the page says so, and the operator sends you an invitation by e-mail.
The setup
A new organization opens Set up your first brand, seven steps, eight while the organization has a welcome offer. First how you work here: the layout of your role is preselected, and simple mode shows only the everyday sections; this step is yours, and a person invited into the organization gets it alone at their first visit. Then the brand, prefilled from the organization's name, your browser's time zone and your language. The brand is required: until it exists, opening the organization opens this step again. After it come three questions about the brand, the profile AI drafts from your answers and the brand's website, its channels, a first campaign AI proposes for two weeks, and its first post: you read it and press Approve and schedule. Each of these offers Skip for now; skipping the questions skips the profile with them and the campaign asks for them in place, and skipping the campaign skips its post. With a welcome offer, the eighth step shows it, each plan's price for its first month beside its regular price, and when it ends; it offers Skip for now too, and the offer stays on Home and on Plan until it ends (see Plans, credits and billing). The finish may bring extra AI credits as a gift, once for the organization. You can leave the setup and resume it from Continue setup on Home, which names the step you are at. AI reads only your answers, the website and the profile, never anything from Instagram, Facebook or X. Once the brand exists, Skip setup leaves the rest; every step is also in the sidebar, below.
Add your first brand
Outside the setup, open Brands in the sidebar and press New brand. A brand is one business or product whose social presence you run. In its Details tab give it a name, its website, its Content languages and its Time zone: every time the brand shows is in that zone. See Brands and their profile.
Connect a channel
In the brand's Channels tab press Connect Instagram and Facebook or Connect X, sign in with the brand's account and choose the accounts to connect; X needs its add-on, which opens once X has approved AI-drafted posts. A channel is one connected social account. See Channels.
Plan the first post
Press Compose in the sidebar, choose the brand, write the post and choose when it goes out. If you may approve and wrote the post yourself without AI, it is scheduled as approved; a post AI drafted, or someone else wrote, waits in Approvals first, where a person who may approve decides it. See Writing and approving and The calendar and publishing.
Your layout
The sidebar shows first what your role usually works with: there is a preset for each role, from Owner to Viewer. Yours follows your role in the organization, and a member's follows their highest role on a brand, so an approver's sidebar leads with Approvals. A preset changes only what is shown and in what order, never what you may do. To choose another preset, or to show or hide a section, open the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar and press Layout; Restore the preset's sections undoes your changes. Your layout is kept for each organization and follows you to every browser.
Simple mode, in the same menu, keeps only the everyday sections in the sidebar, Home, Compose, Calendar, Approvals, Publishing and Brands, and only a brand's Details, Profile, Channels, Schedule and Insights tabs. Switch it off and your full layout returns as you left it.
Whatever the layout or the mode hides is one step away: All sections, the last item of the sidebar's first group, lists every section you may open, a brand's tabs included, and Ctrl+K opens the search, where a section's name, such as Autopilot, finds it.
