Plans, credits and billing
The plans
There are four plans: Free, Solo, Team and Business. A new organization starts with a 14-day trial of Team; when the trial ends without a purchase, it continues on Free. Solo adds X accounts, bought as an add-on, and guest approvers; Team adds the approver role, approving a week as a batch and autopilot; Business adds exporting results, access through the API and priority for AI work. On Free, AI work runs only outside peak hours, from 22:00 to 06:00 Prague time. Plan in the sidebar shows the Current plan, what it includes and, under Used and left, each limit: brands, connected channels, people (members and pending invitations together), scheduled posts this month and AI credits this month. Nothing is ever deleted for a smaller plan: a brand or channel over the limit is kept and shown as Frozen, and it takes no new posts and publishes nothing until the plan covers it again.
This page names places in the sidebar and in a brand's tabs. If your layout or the simple mode hides one, All sections, the last item of the sidebar's first group, and Ctrl+K still reach it; Getting started explains the layout.
AI credits
AI work is counted in credits, and only when it succeeds: a job reserves its price when it starts, is charged for what AI delivers and costs nothing when it fails. Drafting a brand profile uses 10 credits, a campaign plan or an autopilot planning run 5, and each channel's version of a post AI drafts or rewrites 1, as does each evergreen return and each picture AI chooses or describes. Each month brings the plan's credits, 100 more for each extra brand, and a credit pack adds 1,000 credits valid for 12 months; finishing the setup may bring a gift of extra credits, which do not expire. The month's credits are used first, then the packs, the one ending soonest first, then the gift. Once a tenth of the month's credits is used in one day, AI goes on the next day. When the credits run out, AI is paused, and scheduling and publishing go on. Settings, under AI, shows the credits each brand used this month.
Buy or change a plan
The organization's owners and admins buy. On Plan, Plans and prices shows the prices for the organization's country, each plan with its brands, connected channels, people and AI credits a month, and the plan of a running trial marked Your trial: choose Who buys, the Currency and how it is Billed, Monthly or Yearly, and press the plan's button, such as Choose Team. The Order page takes the billing details, shows What you buy, and Continue to the summary, then Continue to payment, take you to the payment page; with a saved card, Order with obligation to pay pays with it. When the organization already pays for a plan, a dearer plan starts at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged to the saved card; a cheaper plan or another period starts at the renewal. Under Add-ons and credits you buy what the plan offers: an Extra brand (1 brand, 4 channels and 100 AI credits a month), an Extra person, an X account (60 X posts a month, 25 of them with a link) or a Credit pack. The X account add-on opens once X has approved AI-drafted posts; until then the plan page says it opens soon.
The welcome offer
A new organization may get a welcome offer, such as 50 % off the first month of a monthly plan. Its owners and admins see it as the last step of the setup, on Home and on Plan until it ends: each plan's price for its discounted period, its regular price and the price after the discount, and when the offer ends, in your time with its UTC offset; below the plans it says whom the prices are for and in which currency, as Who buys and Currency under Plans and prices set them. An order placed before then takes it, and the order's summary names it with the price that follows. Once the organization pays for a plan, or the offer ends, it is gone. While your trial runs, a plan bought now replaces the trial at once.
A discount code goes into Discount code on the Order page, and the summary then shows the discount, how long it lasts and the price after it; Billing shows a running discount with the regular price that follows. A code that cannot be used says why under the field, before any payment. An order takes one discount: while the welcome offer runs, the one that charges less, so a code that charges no less than the offer is refused.
Billing and cancelling
Billing is for owners and admins. It shows the Subscription, the Payment method, where Change card replaces the card, and the Invoices, each with Download PDF. Cancel the subscription tells you before you confirm when the plan ends: a monthly plan runs to the end of its period and does not renew; what a yearly plan refunds depends on how it was paid, and the dialog says it. After that the organization is on Free with every brand, post and channel kept.
Withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of its payment, without giving a reason: under Withdrawal on the billing page press Withdraw from the contract and send it with Confirm withdrawal, use the withdrawal page linked from the e-mails about the order, or write to us. A withdrawal refunds the whole price, unless you asked us at the order to start at once; then you pay for the time the service ran, and of a credit pack you get back only the credits you did not use.
