Writing and approving
Write a post
Press Compose in the sidebar. Choose the brand, the format and the channels, then write the Main version: its text, Hashtags, a First comment and the media from the brand's library. What you write there goes to every channel you have not adjusted on its own tab; a channel's tab lets you change the text for that network alone. Preview shows the post as each network will. The post is saved as you write.
This page names places in the sidebar and in a brand's tabs. If your layout or the simple mode hides one, All sections, the last item of the sidebar's first group, and Ctrl+K still reach it; Getting started explains the layout.
Problems before publishing
The composer checks each channel against its network's rules (an Instagram post needs an image or video, a carousel its number of items, the length of the text and the hashtags) and against the brand's profile: a word or a claim the brand avoids, or a missing disclaimer, is flagged. A post with a problem cannot be scheduled until you fix it.
Submit for review
Under Publishing, choose When to publish: At a date and time, In the next free slot of the brand's schedule, or Keep as a draft. If you may approve and wrote the post yourself without AI, Schedule approves and plans it; a post AI drafted, or someone else wrote, goes to review first, and you can approve it there. Otherwise Submit for review sends it to the people who may approve it. A post written with AI goes out with a disclosure in the brand's language.
Approve
Approvals lists the posts that wait for a decision in queues: Waiting for me, Waiting for others, Changes requested, Held and Approved. Open a post, read its preview and press Approve or Request changes with a comment. An approval is recorded with the content it approved: change a word afterwards and the post returns to review, and only the approved content is ever published.
