| Payment |
Through Stripe's Managed Payments, with the payment methods shown in the order. With Managed Payments, Stripe, as merchant of record, takes the payment and issues the invoice on our behalf; we remain the seller and the provider of the service, and the terms of service govern the purchase, including withdrawal, refunds and complaints. Card data is entered only on Stripe's page and never reaches us. |
| When payment is due |
In advance, when ordering. A monthly or yearly plan is charged automatically at the start of each period. |
| When the service starts |
At once, when the payment is complete. A new organization may try the Team plan free for 14 days without a card; the trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. |
| Term and automatic renewal |
A paid plan renews automatically for the same period, a month or a year, until it is cancelled. We remind you before each renewal and announce a change of price at least 30 days before it applies. |
| Cancellation |
At any time: on the billing page in one step, without signing in on the page /cancel ("Cancel contracts here" in the footer), or by any statement in text form sent to support@7ier.com or by letter. A monthly plan runs to the end of its period and does not renew. A yearly plan paid through Managed Payments runs to the end of its period, and nothing is refunded. |
| Withdrawal and refunds |
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the payment, without giving a reason, with the button "Withdraw from the contract" on the billing page or in the e-mails about the order, the e-mails' button opening the withdrawal page (/withdraw), sent with the button "Confirm withdrawal". If you asked us to start at once, the part already provided is kept and the rest refunded (for a credit pack, the unused credits); otherwise the whole payment is refunded. Other refunds are made only as the terms say. |
