Data, privacy and the API
Export your data
The organization's data is yours, and taking it with you is free on every plan. Owners and admins open Data in the sidebar and press Request an export. The export is a ZIP archive with one JSON file per set of the organization's data and its media files, without secrets; we send an e-mail when it is ready, and Download fetches it for 30 days. Data structures and formats describes every file, so that another service can import them.
This page names places in the sidebar and in a brand's tabs. If your layout or the simple mode hides one, All sections, the last item of the sidebar's first group, and Ctrl+K still reach it; Getting started explains the layout.
Delete the organization
Only an owner can delete the organization, on Data, with Delete the organization: type the organization's name to confirm and press Request deletion. A paid plan must be cancelled on the billing page first. The organization's brands, channels, posts, media, campaigns, AI jobs and every person's access are deleted 30 days after the request; until then the export still works and Cancel the deletion takes the request back. Records the law requires us to keep, such as accepted terms, billing consents and withdrawals, are kept.
Your data and AI
AI receives what the people of a brand write or choose for it: the brand's profile, briefs, drafts and approved posts, their feedback, the text of the brand's website when a profile is drafted from it, and the images it is asked to describe. Requests reach the AI provider through our own processing service, and your content is not used to train AI models. A post with AI-written text ends with a disclosure line in the brand's language on every network; it is added when the post goes out and cannot be removed, and a post a person wrote goes out without it. The tokens of your connected social accounts are kept encrypted and never shown. The details are in the privacy notice and in Data and switching.
Connect your own systems
Full access through the API comes with the Business plan; an export client comes with every plan, free of charge. Owners and admins open API in the sidebar, enter a Name under New API client, on Business choose Full API or Export only under Access, and press Create client, one client for each system. The Client secret is shown only once, next to the Client ID: copy the secret into your system's secret store and press I have copied it. The system exchanges them for a one-hour token at POST /api/v1/oauth/token and then reaches only this organization: it reads the brands and channels, hands over news items, plans campaigns, creates and schedules posts, uploads media, reads the calendar and the publications, and is told by webhook what waits for approval, what was published and what failed. It never approves: whatever it writes waits for a person's approval. An export client reaches only the organization's export: it requests it, lists it and downloads it, in the formats of the data formats register, so that you can move your data to another service or your own systems at any time. Revoke stops a client's tokens at once, and a full client of an organization whose plan no longer includes the API gets no token.
